I interact with my brother without pressure or guilt, communicate with my mom from a place of peace rather than frustration, and show up more present with my wife. Even in my other business, I’ve increased my volume.

Most importantly, I’ve learned to slow down, to be softer and kinder in how I move through life. I now ask myself, ‘How important is this to me?’—and that clarity has been transformative. These changes are invaluable, and they’ve made all the difference in both my professional and personal life.
